Health Screenings

All 1st grade students are screened for vision, hearing, growth and development, and body mass index each school year.  All 3rd grade students are screened for vison, growth and development, and body mass index each school year. Parents are notified if a more extensive evaluation is indicated. 

If you have a concern about your child's vision or hearing, please contact the school nurse.

*If you do not want your child screened for any of the above, please notify the school nurse in writing.
